၁။ မြို့တွင်းပို့ဆောင်ရေး (Mandalay City Delivery)
မန္တလေးမြို့တွင်းရှိ ဝယ်ယူသူများအတွက် အော်ဒါအတည်ပြုပြီး (၂၄) နာရီအတွင်း အိမ်အရောက် ပို့ဆောင်ပေးပါသည်။
ပို့ဆောင်ခမှာ မြို့နယ်အလိုက် ကွဲပြားနိုင်ပြီး သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ပမာဏအထက် ဝယ်ယူပါက ပို့ဆောင်ခ အခမဲ့ (Free Delivery) ခံစားခွင့် ရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။
၂။ နယ်ဝေးပို့ဆောင်ရေး (Nationwide Bus Gate Delivery)
နယ်ဝေးမှ မှာယူသူများအတွက် မိမိတို့ စိတ်ကြိုက် ကားဂိတ်များသို့ ပို့ဆောင်ပေးပါသည်။
ငွေလွှဲဝင်ပြီးနောက် (၁) ရက်မှ (၂) ရက်အတွင်း သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ကားဂိတ်များသို့ ပစ္စည်း အရောက်ပို့ပေးပါမည်။
ကားဂိတ်တန်ဆာခ (Gate Fee) ကို ဝယ်ယူသူမှ ပစ္စည်းရောက်လျှင် ပေးချေရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ကားဂိတ်သို့ ပို့ပေးရသော ဝန်ဆောင်ခ (Delivery to Gate) ကိုမူ မှာယူစဉ်ကတည်းက သတ်မှတ်ချက်အတိုင်း ပေးချေရပါမည်။
၃။ ပစ္စည်း စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် လက်ခံခြင်း
ပစ္စည်းများကို ကားဂိတ်မှ ထုတ်ယူစဉ် သို့မဟုတ် အိမ်အရောက်ပို့ဆောင်စဉ်တွင် ပစ္စည်းအရေအတွက်နှင့် အခြေအနေကို ချက်ချင်း စစ်ဆေးရပါမည်။
ပစ္စည်း လိုအပ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ပျက်စီးခြင်းရှိပါက ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံရရှိသည့်နေ့တွင်ပင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ Customer Service သို့ ချက်ချင်း အကြောင်းကြားရပါမည်။
၄။ ပို့ဆောင်မှု ကြန့်ကြာနိုင်ခြင်း

1. Mandalay Local Delivery
For customers in Mandalay, we offer doorstep delivery within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery charges vary by township. Free delivery may be applicable for orders meeting the minimum purchase threshold.
2. Nationwide Bus Gate Shipping
For nationwide orders, we deliver to the customer's preferred bus gates in Mandalay.
Orders will be dispatched to the bus gate within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Bus gate fees are typically "Collect on Delivery" (to be paid by the buyer), while the delivery fee from our warehouse to the bus gate must be settled during the ordering process.
3. Inspection and Receipt
Please inspect the quantity and condition of the items upon receipt from the bus gate or delivery personnel.
Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to our Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
